The Kansas City Center for Inclusion is continuing to grow but we need your help. Our mission is to operate exclusively for charitable purposes by providing safe, inclusive LGBTQIA+ community spaces where people can come for education, resources, and activities, as well as support a more cohesive LGBTQIA+ community in the greater Kansas City area.
In 2022, The Kansas City Center for Inclusion (KCCI) wishes to partner with a committed group of sponsors to ensure that KCCI remains a welcoming and safe place for the LGBTQIA+ community. We hope you will join us by supporting our work in the exciting year ahead! You can help us accomplish our “why”: to enrich and save lives as well as create safe spaces around the Kansas City Metro.

The Kansas City Center for Inclusion, Inc. (KCCI) is Kansas City’s LGBTQIA+ resource and community center. Founded in 2017, KCCI is proud to focus on the future of our family here in the greater Kansas City area. Kansas City’s LGBTQIA+ community has a rich history, and we are proud to continue to be a part of this great heritage. KCCI is a volunteer-run organization where, for every level of support, we offer opportunities for the public to volunteer —may be an event, in the Center as an Ambassador, as part of a Committee, and even on our Board of Directors!

Sponsorship FAQs
How do I become a partner with the Inclusion Center?
Once you have reviewed the Sponsorship Packet and have selected which sponsorship you would like to give, please follow the instructions listed on the sponsorship selection form.
How long does a KCCI sponsorship last?
The FY2022 sponsorship period begins February 1, 2022 and ends January 31, 2023. A sponsorship can begin at any time during the calendar year but will end at the close of January the following year.
Is my sponsorship tax-deductible?
Your sponsorship is considered a business expense and is tax deductible! Please email fundraising@inclusivekc.org for a written letter of proof of sponsorship and any additional tax documentation.
What if I want to donate goods and services from my business in place of a monetary donation?
We greatly value in-kind donations and will use them in our auctions/raffles, fundraisers, as well as for other Center operations. In-kind donations will receive sponsorship benefits at the esteemed value of their donation. Please provide proof of value at the time of donation.
How does becoming a sponsorship with the Inclusion Center benefit my business?
- The Associated Press called the LGBTQ+ market “…advertising’s most elusive yet lucrative market”
- The LGBTQ+ market is the third largest minority market in the United States. Marketing analysis shows that 88% of gay men and 91% of lesbians report that their purchasing decisions are positively influenced by corporate sponsorships of LGBTQ+ events and organizations.
